Some time may need to switch other watch face and switch back this watch face to get that message.
Please press and hold on the watch face, select Customize/Complicaition to ensure full permission for the watch face.

If you have the application installed on your phone, you can click the INSTALL ON WATCH button, wait a moment when you see the message displayed on the watch, then press OK to install.
